About
For the last 25 years Peter Crocker has been doing home improvement projects and handyman services for clients on the north shore/Essex County. He has improved the look, comfort and value of their homes with architectural design, moldings, wainscoting, beadboard ceilings, flooring (wood & tile), cabinetry, bathroom and kitchen remodels, deck repair & replacement and more. He's also a fine woodworker producing shaker and industrial influenced furniture. Architecture is a passion for Peter having worked for several architects in New England and studied at UNH. It has been said he has been known to have saved a few marriages by completing the "Honey-Do" list too.
FREE WORK ESTIMATE
We'll schedule a time for a Free Estimate to review your project. At that time we'll discuss options and how to best complete it. An estimate will then be supplied. If we're in agreement you'll sign the contract and we’ll schedule the time to perform the work and order all necessary materials. Once materials are delivered you'll pay for that. If project is less than $1,000 and work is completed you’ll then pay balance. Larger Projects will be 1/3 upfront, 1/3 midway and balance upon completion. Additional costs include additional materials, travel and disposal fees. Minimum one hour with half hour increment after that.
